Sector Zed

Sector Zed is a fast-paced FPS zombie survival wave shooter set inside an abandoned sci-fi warehouse that’s been overrun by the undead. Your goal is simple: survive as long as you can as each wave gets faster, meaner, and more relentless.

I started learning Unity in January, and this is my first full game project—built over the last 6 months

Features:

• Classic wave-based zombie survival — fight to stay alive as enemies get faster and deadlier every round.

• 6 unlockable guns — pistols, an SMG, rifles, and a shotgun to help you mow through the horde.

• 3 zombie types — each one with a different speed and health

• 6 in-game perks — boost your speed, fire rate, stamina, and more as you progress.

• Rechargeable armor system — take hits, back off, and recover before the next rush.

• Progressive map unlocks — start in a contained room and expand deeper into the warehouse as you earn points (in classic COD Zombies fashion).

Gameplay Loop:

Shoot zombies → earn points → unlock new rooms → buy guns → buy perks → survive higher waves.
Each round ramps the tension with faster enemies and an increased chance of the stronger zombie type spawning.

A Note From the Dev

This is my first game, and it represents everything I’ve learned so far in Unity, game design, coding, and audio. If you try it out, I hope you have fun—and I appreciate any feedback you have.
